We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and refund process.
We accept return requests only within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, you must share clear photos of the damaged or defective product with us.
Returnable:
Plants, pots, and other items that are unused, in their original packaging, and not opened.
Non‑returnable:
Perishable or opened accessories like fertilizers, plant food, or other consumable plant care products.
We currently do not offer refunds for eligible returns. Instead, we provide a replacement/exchange for the same product.
The exchange will take approximately the same time as the original delivery timeline.
A half refund may be considered only under certain exceptional conditions (to be determined on a case‑by‑case basis by our team).
We will bear the shipping charges for approved returns so that you don’t have to worry about additional costs.
The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return requests without photo proof of damage or defect will not be eligible.

Since you ordered through our website, we already have your contact information and will reach out if we need further assistance.
Shipping options, delivery timelines, and charges will be displayed at checkout.
We ensure delivery within 7 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise notified.
Exchange or replacement, if applicable, will take approximately the same time as the original delivery timeline.
Delivery may be handled by our team or trusted third‑party logistics partners.
We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including those due to weather conditions, strikes, or courier-related issues.
At Nature’s Vatika, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once the order is shipped or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you can still request a return or exchange as per our return policy.
