Eligibility for Returns

• We accept return requests only within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or defective.

• To initiate a return, you must share clear photos of the damaged or defective product with us.

Items Eligible for Return

• Returnable:

  • Plants, pots, and other items that are unused, in their original packaging, and not opened.

• Non‑returnable:

  • Perishable or opened accessories like fertilizers, plant food, or other consumable plant care products.

Exchange Policy

• We currently do not offer refunds for eligible returns. Instead, we provide a replacement/exchange for the same product.

• The exchange will take approximately the same time as the original delivery timeline.

Refund Conditions

• • A half refund may be considered only under certain exceptional conditions (to be determined on a case‑by‑case basis by our team).

  • We strive to approve and process any eligible refund as quickly as possible for your convenience; however, in some cases, it may take up to 2 weeks after we receive and inspect the returned product.”

• We will bear the shipping charges for approved returns so that you don’t have to worry about additional costs.
